If your child shows no improvement after the first month, the second month is completely free.
To qualify, student must attend every session and submit all weekly homework on time. The guarantee does not apply if sessions are missed or homework is not submitted.

Is the tuition private or group-based?
All sessions are private 1-to-1. There are no group classes. Every session is fully personalised to your child's pace, weak areas, and exam goals. You choose between 4 sessions per month (RM500) or 8 sessions per month (RM720).
What's the difference between the two packages?
Both packages are private 1-to-1. The RM500 package includes 1 session per week (4 sessions/month) with personalised study plans, weekly homework, and monthly assessments. The RM720 package includes 2 sessions per week (8 sessions/month) with all RM500 features plus direct WhatsApp access, after-every-session parent updates, and a guarantee: no improvement after the first month means the second month is free.
How much does IGCSE Maths tuition cost?
Private 1-to-1 tuition is available in two packages: RM500/month (4 sessions, 1 per week, 60 min each) or RM720/month (8 sessions, 2 per week, 60 min each). Both include personalised study plans, weekly homework, and monthly assessments. The RM720 package adds WhatsApp access and parent updates. Billed monthly with no contracts.
How do I pay for tuition sessions?
We accept online bank transfer (the most common method in Malaysia), and sessions are billed monthly in advance. There are no long-term contracts — you can adjust or pause anytime with notice.
What days and times are sessions available?
Sessions are available on weekday evenings (after school) and weekends. We work around your child's school timetable and co-curricular activities. Most students attend 1–2 sessions per week, with additional sessions available before exams.
What if my child needs to miss a session?
We understand that things come up. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
Can my child contact Teacher Rig between sessions?
Yes. Students on the RM720 package (8 sessions/month) have direct WhatsApp access to Teacher Rig during school hours to ask questions between sessions. This means your child doesn't have to wait until the next class to get help with a problem they're stuck on.
